We are looking for selected pilots with an installed Trio ProPilot autopilot for the new SD-ProPilot adapter.
SD-ProPilot is the plug-and-play adapter for the Trio ProPilot Autopilot.
Yes, it is possible: By simply inserting this adapter, you can connect your Trio ProPilot autopilot to SkyDemon .
It is irrelevant whether your ProPilot is already connected to an EFIS or not. You simply select the navigation data source in SkyDemon.
By activating the SD-ProPilot data source, ProPilot follows the planned route. SkyDemon Route. You retain control directly on the screen of SkyDemon.
Dynamic route changes are immediately reflected in the navigation data transmitted to the ProPilot autopilot. This allows course changes to be conveniently prepared on a tablet and transferred directly to the autopilot.
Will the SD-ProPilot adapter be installed in SkyDemon When deactivated, the existing EFIS navigation takes over again – or manual control.
Optionally, control via the panel using the Intelli-Switch is possible.
The Intelli-Switch allows for easy overview and control of the current navigation data source for the ProPilot autopilot. The control unit fits into the 57 mm instrument panel and has a shallow installation depth.
Note on practical testing
For further testing, we are looking for selected pilots with an installed Trio ProPilot autopilot.
Interested parties who are particularly helpful are those who SkyDemon Use regularly, be able to describe technical feedback in a comprehensible way, and are willing to document installation, configuration, and initial practical experiences.

Since this is a controlled field trial, we select suitable trial partners individually. Therefore, an application does not automatically guarantee participation. If we do not select you as a trial partner, we will automatically put you on our waiting list and notify you once when SD-ProPilot launches.
The SD-ProPilot adapter can be tested either without the Intelli-Switch or together with the optional Intelli-Switch. You can specify your preferred option and your setup (aircraft type, connected systems) directly in the application form.
